Pipeline Pigs
Poly Foam Pigs - Inline offers a full range of high quality open-cell polyurethane foam pigs for a variety of applications. Our complete range includes from bare foam to criss-cross with wire brush, 2” and larger: densities from 2 lbs to 8 lbs. Use during construction, start-up, during operations, for maintenance and emergencies.
Soild Urethane Pigs - UNI-PIG Series - The UNI-PIG Series are one piece urethane pigs which include the UNI-FLEX, a series of discs and a single cup on the rear, UNI-CUP a 3 Cup pig and the UNI-PLUS which has 2 cups for sealing and 2 discs for scraping pipe wall. All UNI-PIGS have an opened center to the nose so pressure helps expand the pig for tighter seal when pigging.
Pipeline Spheres -Inline Services Inc. polyurethane spheres are ideal for removing liquids from wet gas systems, product separation, hydrostatic line testing and wax control in crude oil pipelines. Pipeline spheres are manufactured of high quality polyurethane for lasting service in the worst conditions. The polyurethane compound will withstand high-pressure gas service and sour crude oil environments. Inflatable spheres, 12” and larger, are designed with two (2) filling holes to assure that you can remove all the air inside the sphere. Spheres 12” and larger in size have oversize filling holes to reduce filling time.
Speciality Pigs - ISCP and ISTE are Inline’s special designed pigs using a combination of DC Cups, discs and brushes for maximum cleaning of black powder in gas pipelines. Everything about Inline’s ISCP and ISTE Pig™ was designed with extreme duty in mind. The tough, replaceable cups and discs are made exclusively of Maxithane™.
